About me
I am a UX Researcher with a background in Human Factors in Information Design and Cognitive Science. While working in a UX consultancy, I navigated diverse client projects with short turnaround times, teaching me to be adaptable and nimble while remaining thoughtful in my approach.
In this role, I've practiced the skill of juggling product, business, and user needs. Striking a balance between advocating for users and helping clients achieve their goals can be tricky, but through conducting deep research, extracting meaningful insights, and adding a dash of magic, I believe both users and clients can come out winning.
Who am I?
What inspires me? Movie and TV show soundtracks. I am awed by the power of musical storytelling and recognize the influence of a compelling narrative in shaping perceptions, something that I believe is a critical muscle to develop in UX work.
Outside of work, I'm a mediocre skier, average cook, and a half successful plant mom. But I'm relentless in pursuit of continuous self growth, constantly trying new hobbies and taking advantage of opportunities to improve as a human being. I never get tired of sharing conversations with friends of old and new, so please reach out and say hello!
